XinAo Gas stepped into the urban pipeline gas field early in 1992, and has evolved into a professional provider of integrated regional clean energy and energy saving solutions. XinAo Gas aims to optimize regional energy mix and realize energy saving and emission reduction targets. By leveraging energy supply chain, professional organizations in energy saving and emission reduction, and relevant social resources, it has set up a coordinated clean energy distribution system, to provide safe and stable clean energies, energy saving and emission reduction services, and to promote the construction of a conservation-minded and environment-friendly society. XinAo Gas has successfully operated urban gas projects in nearly 70 cities across 15 provinces and municipalities in China. Focusing on these projects, it formulates and implements integrated clean energy solutions for these regions, and has established an energy distribution system primarily providing natural gas, LPG, methanol, DME, and renewable energy for vehicles, residential, industrial and commercial users. Currently, XinAo Gas has become the biggest provider of clean energy and energy saving solutions with the largest consumer coverage in China.
Relying on its large operation network and innovations in technology & business model, XinAo Gas has primarily established an LPG business network throughout China.
XinAo Gas started the natural gas refilling business for urban gas vehicles in 2002. Up to now, it has obtained the construction right for 212 gas refilling stations authorized by the national government. Currently, over 70 gas refilling stations are under operation, which are located in Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Shanghai, etc.
Abiding by the principle of ˇ°customer firstˇ±, XinAo Gas has set up the 95158 Call Center and CRM system to offer quick response to customer demands. In 2004, in collaboration with Utilise, a professional gas training company based in UK, XinAo Gas introduced the UK NVQ system and thus became the first gas company to conduct safety verification in China. |
