Founded in 1989, ENN Group is committed to the production and application of clean energy. The Group has taken on clean energy innovation as its mission, established carbon dioxide (CO2) recycling business as its core strategy, and regards the clean production of coal-based energy as a major breakthrough. At present, ENN has formed a complete clean energy value chain from energy production, conversion, storage & transportation, and distribution & application. This covers coal-based clean energy, solar energy and bioenergy. In order to promote the development of the core energy business, we have established three supporting platforms---ENN Science & Technology for R&D, ENN Capital for financing, and ENN University for personnel capability promotion.

By the end 2007, we had set up more than 100 subsidiaries, holding companies and offices in over 80 cities across China and in countries including U.K., USA, Australia, etc., and had employed more than 23,000 people with total assets exceeding RMB 20 billion.

It has established a complete industry value chain integrating clean production, conversion, storage & transportation, trading and distribution. Its strategic business segments cover energy production, energy chemicals, photovoltaic energy, bioenergy (under preparation), energy supply chain, and energy distribution.
